Specialists in leisure, commercial, retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors, 360 Projects was founded by Simon Frith and David Marshall, both experienced construction professionals qualified in all aspects of contract, project and cost management.
With more than 60 years’ combined experience, Simon and David have been responsible for the delivery of fitouts for national and global brands, working to unique timescales, budgets and requirements.

Stakeholder involvement
This collaborative approach extends through our supply chain and the client’s professional team, ensuring transparency at all times and allowing us to tailor our approach to our client’s needs and expectations.
Communication
Weekly project meetings are held with key subcontractors and the client / client’s representatives. Every meeting is minuted and a progress report is produced and shared with all stakeholders to ensure everyone is kept up to date with the project’s progress.

From an open and transparent approach to tendering, a professional and co-ordinated management of the design stages, through to proven and efficient project delivery techniques and seamless handover sequencing, 360 Projects is set up to deliver.
